A study tour to Kampong Trabek district of Prey Veng Province’s Community Managed Health Equity Fund scheme by a delegation team composed of 15 persons from O-chum district of Ratanak Kiri province

A study tour to Kampong Trabek district of Prey Veng Province’s Community Managed Health Equity Fund scheme by a delegation team composed of 15 persons from O-chum district of Ratanak Kiri province, mostly the ethnic monitories who are the district officials and commune chiefs, Buddhist monks, a Christian representative and two young volunteers. This trip allowed them to fully understand the practical experience and importance of the scheme contributing to health equity, particularly for the poor and vulnerbale in the areas and have better sense to adaptively replicate the model to support indigenous community in Ratanak Kiri.
His Exigency Dr. Tia Phalla, Vice President of the National AIDS Authority and Dr. Tim Vora, Director of Health Action Coordinating Committee (HACC), the network NGOs on Health in Cambodia, also participated in this event.
